Koen Dillen leads the team covering arable crops markets and policies within the European Commission. Before taking up this role he held a variety of roles linked to agricultural policy and analysis within the European Commission, including forecasting agricultural markets and trade negotiations. Koen has an academic and research background with PhD in agricultural economics from the University of Leuven and having worked in the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission.
