Dr. Fabienne Michel is a researcher and lecturer for food and consumer behavior at ETH Zurich. Her research interests cover alternative protein acceptance, perceptions of AI in everyday tasks, and risk analysis in emergency contexts. Across these topics, Fabienne is particularly interested in understanding why people make the choices they do and how real-world constraints influences behavior. Guided by curiosity and critical reflection, her work aims to contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future.
